BA999 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

Welcome to BA999. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete legal agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and BA999 ("BA999", "we", "us", "the platform") governing your access to and use of the ba999.world website and all associated services including cricket betting, live casino, crash games, roulette, fishing games, the live cricket score section, and the BA999 VIP Club.

By creating a BA999 account or using any part of the platform, you confirm without reservation that you have read these Terms in full, understood their meaning, and agreed to be legally bound by them. If any part of these Terms is not acceptable to you, please do not register or continue using BA999.

BA999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes come into effect immediately upon publication on ba999.world/terms-conditions. Continued use of BA999 after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify active members of material changes via the email address registered on their account.

These Terms are written in English and are the definitive version. Where any translated or paraphrased version contradicts the English text, the English version prevails. All monetary amounts are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.

To register and use BA999 you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. BA999 operates a strict minimum age policy and will verify age upon request. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.
• You are accessing BA999 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your personal responsibility to ensure compliance with local regulations before registering.
• You are a natural person registering on your own behalf. Corporate registrations and accounts opened on behalf of a third party are not permitted.
• You have not been previously excluded, banned, or self-excluded from BA999 or any related platform.
• You are not a BA999 employee, officer, director, agent, contractor, or an immediate family member of any of the above.

During registration you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, valid email address, Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. BA999 may request supporting documents to verify this information at any point. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

Each person is permitted to hold only one BA999 account. If BA999 detects multiple accounts belonging to the same individual – identified by name, address, payment method, device fingerprint, IP address, or any other indicator – all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be voided at BA999's discretion.

Your BA999 account is personal to you and must not be shared with, accessed by, or transferred to any other person under any circumstances. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials.

• You must keep your password secure. BA999 will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact BA999 support immediately so that the account can be secured. BA999 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain password security.
• Account balances are held in PKR and are not transferable to other BA999 members or exchangeable for any form of physical currency outside the standard withdrawal process.
• BA999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, associated with fraudulent activity, or that poses a regulatory risk. In cases of proven fraud, forfeiture of all funds in the account may apply.
• Dormant accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of Rs 200 deducted from the remaining balance until it reaches zero. Members will be notified by email before any deduction begins.

All financial transactions on BA999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. BA999 does not charge its own transaction fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit unless otherwise approved by BA999's finance team. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protects the security of our members' funds.

• BA999 processes withdrawal requests during business hours. Diamond VIP members benefit from express withdrawal processing with an average completion time of under 5 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash.
• BA999 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing a withdrawal if the transaction triggers internal or regulatory compliance checks. This is not unusual and does not imply any suspicion of wrongdoing on your part.
• Deposits made by credit facility or borrowed funds are your sole responsibility. BA999 accepts no liability for any financial harm resulting from using borrowed money to fund gaming activity.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect balance being credited to your account, BA999 reserves the right to correct the balance immediately regardless of whether you have wagered any of the erroneously credited funds.

BA999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions stated in the specific offer terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.

• Welcome Bonus: The BA999 welcome bonus is available to new members making their first real-money deposit. The bonus amount and percentage match are stated in the current offer terms. The standard welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement of 20× the bonus amount, which must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
• Weekly Cashback: VIP tier cashback is calculated on net losses over the preceding 7-day period and credited to PKR balances every Monday. Cashback credited under the VIP programme carries a 1× wagering requirement unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.
• Monday Reload Bonuses: Reload bonuses are credited automatically based on your VIP tier every Monday. The reload percentage is applied to qualifying deposits made in the previous week. Standard wagering requirement: 15× the bonus amount within 14 days.
• General Bonus Rules: Bonus funds must be wagered before real-money funds are used. Any withdrawal request submitted while a wagering requirement is active will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings. Bonuses cannot be combined unless BA999 explicitly states otherwise. BA999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

Cricket betting at BA999 covers pre-match and live in-play markets on Pakistan international matches, PSL, ICC tournaments, and other international fixtures. The following rules apply to all cricket bets placed on BA999 unless specifically overridden by market-specific rules published on the betting board.

• Match Abandonment: If a match is abandoned before the minimum overs required for an official result are completed (as determined by the governing body for that match format), all match winner market bets will be voided and stakes returned. Over-specific and ball-specific markets that were fully completed before abandonment will stand.
• Rain & DLS: Results determined under the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method are treated as official results for match winner markets. Over/under total run markets will be settled using the revised target figures where applicable.
• Live In-Play Bets: Once a live in-play bet is confirmed and accepted by BA999's system, it cannot be changed or cancelled. BA999 reserves the right to suspend live markets during critical moments (ball in play, video review, etc.) and to void bets accepted in error during technical feed disruptions.
• Player Prop Markets: Top batsman and top wicket-taker markets are settled on official scorecards published by the match governing body. In the event of a tie (two players achieving the same score or wicket count), the bet is settled as a dead heat unless the market is specifically offered as a "to score most" outright.
• Maximum Payout: The maximum single payout on any cricket betting market at BA999 is Rs 5,000,000 for Diamond VIP members, Rs 2,000,000 for Platinum, Rs 500,000 for Gold, and Rs 200,000 for Silver tier members. Accumulator and parlay bets follow the lower of the individual member's maximum single payout limit.
• Integrity Policy: BA999 cooperates fully with cricket governing bodies on match integrity matters. Any bet placed on a match subsequently found to be subject to corruption, spot-fixing, or result manipulation will be voided at BA999's discretion regardless of the market outcome.

All casino games available on BA999 – including live casino tables, roulette variants, crash games, and fishing games – operate under published return-to-player (RTP) percentages and game-specific rules. These rules are accessible within each game interface.

• Technical Interruptions: If a casino game or live casino session is interrupted due to a technical failure on BA999's side before a result is determined, the relevant game round will be voided and any staked amount returned to your balance. Where the round was completed before the interruption was detected, the recorded result stands.
• Crash Games: Crash game results are determined by provably fair algorithms. Each round's result is mathematically independent of previous rounds. BA999 does not manipulate crash game outcomes. Historical crash multiplier data is available in the game history panel of each crash game.
• Live Casino: Live casino games are streamed from licensed studio facilities. BA999 acts as the platform operator and is not responsible for studio-side technical failures beyond its direct control. In the event of a live table disconnection mid-round, the result as captured by the studio's recording system will be the final result.
• Maximum Casino Bet: Maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within each game interface. BA999 reserves the right to adjust maximum bet limits by VIP tier or in response to unusual betting patterns.

The BA999 VIP Club operates across four tiers: Silver (entry level, all registered members), Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Full details of tier benefits, point accumulation rates, cashback percentages, and upgrade thresholds are published on the BA999 VIP Club page. These Terms govern the general operation of the programme; where VIP Club page content conflicts with these Terms, these Terms take precedence.

• VIP tier status is reviewed annually. Tier maintenance requires meeting the minimum annual point threshold for your current tier. Members who fall below the maintenance threshold are moved to the tier corresponding to their actual annual points total.
• BA999 reserves the right to modify VIP tier benefits, point accumulation rates, and tier thresholds with 30 days' notice communicated to members by email and on the VIP Club page.
• VIP points have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account, redeemed for anything outside the BA999 VIP framework, or restored if an account is closed for breach of these Terms.
• Abuse of the VIP programme – including but not limited to collusion, bonus abuse, or using multiple accounts to artificially accumulate VIP points – will result in immediate tier revocation, account closure, and forfeiture of all associated benefits.

BA999 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all members. Gaming is intended as a form of entertainment, not a means of generating income. BA999 provides the following responsible gaming tools in every account, accessible from the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits in PKR. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. BA999 will display a notification when your time limit is approaching and log you out when it is reached.
• Reality Check: Periodic on-screen reminders showing how long you have been playing and your net result for the session.
• Self-Exclusion: Self-exclusion can be requested for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the account is locked for all activity. Requests cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion window.
• Cool-Off Period: A temporary 24–72 hour account freeze that can be activated instantly from account settings without contacting support.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on BA999. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potentially permanent closure with full forfeiture of balance:

• Registering more than one BA999 account per person.
• Providing false identity, age, or payment information during registration or verification.
• Using BA999 in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to exploit technical glitches, software errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to interact with BA999 games or betting markets.
• Coordinating with other members to manipulate game or betting outcomes (collusion).
• Placing bets with insider knowledge of match outcomes or accessing information not available to the general public (match fixing or corruption).
• Attempting to "bonus hunt" across multiple accounts or with the clear intention of meeting minimum wagering requirements through low-risk offsetting strategies across markets.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing BA999 staff or other members in any communication channel.

BA999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, published at ba999.world/privacy-policy. By registering a BA999 account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy. The key points are summarised here for convenience:

• BA999 collects identification data, contact details, payment information, and device/session data for the purposes of account management, payment processing, regulatory compliance, and fraud prevention.
• BA999 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to BA999's legal obligations to retain certain records for regulatory compliance. Requests should be directed to support@ba999.world.
• BA999 uses industry-standard SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the ba999.world platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BA999's total liability to any member for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the platform is limited to the PKR balance held in that member's BA999 account at the time the claim arises.

• BA999 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
• BA999 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected technical outages may temporarily affect availability. BA999 will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption but accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime.
• BA999 is not responsible for losses caused by third-party network disruptions, including mobile data outages, internet service provider failures, or disruptions to payment provider networks that are outside BA999's direct control.
• Nothing in these Terms limits BA999's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

BA999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon publication on this page. Members will be notified of material changes via email to their registered address. Your continued use of BA999 after any amendment constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with any change, you should close your account before the change takes effect.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the internal policies of BA999. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with BA999 support will be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules, with proceedings conducted in English.
